Our firm is a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that provides investment management and family office services to individuals, ultra-high-net-worth families and foundations.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. The CSA will work with the Financial Advisors to streamline operations, produce reports, and service client needs.
The Associate’s responsibilities will include:
- Assist the team with day-to-day service needs such as bill-pay and trust administration
- Organize and input investment transactions (capital calls, redemptions, dividends, etc.)
- Generate and distribute client portfolio reports
- Produce asset allocation reports for the review of the COO and CEO
- Improve processes and operations at the firm
- Maintain the firm’s internal client reporting system and portal
- Prepare cash journals, wire transfers, and check requests
- Assist with the account opening procedures
- Prepare subscription documents
- Manage cloud-storage of client documents and firm records
- Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and ordering supplies
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Excel
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Compensation is competitive for the position and commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,200.00 - $68,924.00 per year
